These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.septictanksolutions.uk and the services offered by Septic Tank Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We specialise in the installation, servicing and maintenance of septic tanks and treatment plants.
Currently, we do not sell products online, but we may introduce online sales in the future. Bookings are accepted only via contact form, email or telephone, and not directly through the website.

3. Quotations & Estimates

  • All quotations provided are free of charge.

  • Site visits to prepare a quotation are chargeable, but this charge will be deducted from the final cost if you proceed with the work.

  • Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

4. Deposits, Payments & Cancellations

  • A 50% deposit is required prior to the commencement of any work, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

  • We accept payment via bank transfer, bank deposit, debit card or credit card.

  • Once the deposit is paid, you have 24 hours to cancel. In such cases:

    • An administrative fee will be charged.

    • If we have already incurred costs to prepare for the work, these costs will be deducted from your deposit before any refund is issued.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule agreed dates for works due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Provide accurate information and access to the property for our services.

  • Obtain any necessary permissions or approvals required for the work.

  • Ensure the site is safe and accessible for our personnel and equipment.

We are not liable for delays or costs resulting from the customer’s failure to meet these responsibilities.

  • All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos and layout, is the property of Your Drainage Solutions Ltd and is protected by copyright laws.

  • You may view, download or print pages for your personal use only. You must not reproduce, distribute or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

While we take care to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website, we make no warranties or representations of any kind regarding its content.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from:

  • Use of or reliance on the website content.

  • Delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
